1. We Review Your Brief
As soon as you submit, a Progressus engineer — not a salesperson — reads what you sent: project type, timeline, budget band, and your message. If anything is unclear, we ask before we call. Within 24 hours you’ll hear from us with either a question or call slots to choose from.
2. Discovery Call
A focused 30-minute call about the project itself: what’s driving it, what’s already built, which integrations matter. You speak with the people who would actually run the work. No pitch deck.
3. Scoped Proposal
A written scope with a fixed price: deliverables, schedule, milestones — and an architecture note for any integrations, so you can check our assumptions before we build on them. If we think you don’t need us, or a smaller engagement fits better, we say that too.
